The Chemours Company zoekt een enthousiaste Reliability Engineer die ons Reliability team per direct kan komen versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent ondersteunend en uitvoerend aan de Proces Veiligheid Principes (PSM) en procedures welke in lijn zijn met overheids- en/of bedrijfsbeleid.

• Je zorgt pro-actief voor oplossingen om zo de capaciteit, geschiktheid, beschikbaarheid en kosten te optimaliseren met behulp van proces en apparatuur data-analyse methoden.

• Je maakt gebruik van betrouwbaarheid analyses om faalmechanismen en hun impact op de onderhouds- en operationele strategie te begrijpen.

• Je ontwikkelt aanbevelingen voor het terugdringen van faalmechanismen door middel van PPM-programma’s, het wijzigen van de assets binnen de bestaande strategie, of het wijzigen van de strategie wat zal leiden tot de vereiste capaciteit, geschiktheid, beschikbaarheid en optimale kosten.

• Je geeft advies aan het Capital team over de keuze van apparatuur en het installatie ontwerp zodanig dat dit een acceptabel service niveau in de toekomst (laagst mogelijke praktische life cycle kosten) genereert.

• Je stelt Quality Assurance eisen op ten behoeve van nieuwbouw projecten om ervoor te zorgen dat de specificaties van de apparatuur juist worden opgesteld en dat de gedefinieerde eisen worden afgeleverd.

• Je neemt deel aan 1st en 2nd party PSM audits, PHA’s en RCFA teams.

Jij bent iemand die

• over goede communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) beschikt

• begrijpt wat Process Safety Management en andere Overheids- of Bedrijfsvoorschriften inhouden met inbegrip van Management of Change (MOC)

• basiskennis heeft van de beginselen van:

• Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)

• Voorspellende technieken voor vaste en roterende apparatuur en instrumenten zoals: Vibration Analysis, smering, Non-Destructive Testing, Thermografie, Ultrasonics, etc.

• Betrouwbaarheid analyse-software zoals Weibull analyse, MTBF plots en modellering (Reliability Engineering principes)

• Onderhoud en betrouwbaarheid 'best practices'

• RCM technieken

• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

• Total Equipment Effectiveness (Uptime)

• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

• Equipment Life Cycle Cost Analysis

• Constructie materialen

Jij beschikt over

• HBO scholing, Mechanical Engineering B.Sc Level

• Affiniteit met Electro & Instrumentatie

• 5+ jaar relevante werk ervaring in soortgelijke functie

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden binnen alle lagen van de organisatie

• Goede rapportage vaardigheden

• Een praktische instelling en probleem oplossend vermogen

• Goede vaardigheden in het gebruik van het MS Office pakket

• Kennis van SAP (pre)

• Goede Vaardigheid in woord en geschrift van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

• Bereidheid tot het volgen van deeltijd studies ter verdere ontwikkeling van jezelf en de organisatie.

€64,800.00 - €101,250.00
