Chemours Global Marketing Specialist - Semicon Fluid Handling in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Chemours Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business is seeking a product Global Marketing Specialist, Semicon Fluid Handling to join our strategic Marketing team! This position will report to the Marketing Vertical Leader and work remotely. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Supports the development and continuously evolve the global marketing strategy for semicon infrastructure aligned with global macro trends and ensure the external market view is an input. Provide guidance to the business by identifying opportunities and applications for the market segment. + Driving short- and mid-term profitable growth for our semicon product offering using a market-backed innovation business strategy mindset to understand and capture created value. + Develops and executes actionable market segment marketing plans for identified focus application(s) addressing market needs and gaps. + Supports the development and manages market segment growth road maps for focus application(s), including short-term translations (extensions) from a region to global, and mid- and long-term new products, market segments, and applications. + Use value-based pricing models, structured voice of customer, understanding of key market drivers and trends that impact the business and translate this information into insights for the business to make decisions. + Implements value-based pricing actions and ensures profitability for market segment growth markets, segments, and applications targets. + Takes customer and market trends, feedback, and opportunities to set technology’s focus and set the direction for Chemours growth initiatives. + Supports global product management with specific marketing assessments and campaigns to protect and grow the market segment base business related to the market segment. + Develops and drives marketing campaigns in support of segment and new product development launches and deliver measurable revenue financial results. + Ensures the successful commercialization of market-driven products / technology(s). Leads market-driven new product development (NPD) initiatives and critical deliverables working with the NPD delivery managers in executing the NPD Agile Stage Gate process. + Supports the creation/development of needed marketing communications plans in support of marketing campaigns working through Corporate Marketing Communications. In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: + Bachelor’s Degree + Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills + Demonstrative influencing skills + Results oriented individual + Strong communication and networking skills The following skill sets are preferred: + Semicon market experience preferred + 3-5 years B2B marketing experience with demonstrated time/project management and priority management skills + Technical degree (engineering) preferred + Global marketing experience preferred + Advanced knowledge of the following software applications Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
