SharePoint/Power Apps Specialist

The Chemours Company headquartered in Wilmington, DE has a SharePoint/Power Apps Specialist position available in Wilmington, DE. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the Information Technology function. This position will report to Office 365 & Mobility Solutions Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The responsibility of the position is to drive the use of SharePoint technology including Microsoft PowerApps and Flow.

  • Must have a good working knowledge of SharePoint and how it integrates with other Microsoft 365 technologies.

  • This role has responsibility for defining business requirements, documenting requirements, and then delivering SharePoint solutions based on said requirements.

  • Must be able to work alone and with a team collaborating across multiple work groups.

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a way that is clear and concise.

In order to be qualified for this role, you /must possess/ the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or related field OR a Minimum of 3 years in of specific equivalent work experience

  • Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions.

  • Design and implement Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to, SharePoint, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, Flow and Power Apps.

  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on SharePoint projects and issues with accountability for the outcome of those projects and issues.

  • Assist in building awareness and promoting the use of the technology.

  • Must be able to lead technical meetings and discussions in collaboration with other workgroups.

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal

  • Develop solutions for data migrations from older technologies to SharePoint using Power Apps & Flow.

  • Travel: Less than 10%

The following skill sets are /preferred/ by the business unit:

  • Experience working in Microsoft cloud solutions, preferably Azure Cloud

  • Understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite of tools and technologies

  • Ability to use Microsoft Project & Visio

  • Experience with migrations to SharePoint
